heirwelleed was established in Bangkok with one straightforward purpose: to give families a structured, non-judgmental environment in which to work through the practical side of estate organisation. The founders, long-time residents of Bangkok's international community, noticed that families often put off these conversations — not because they lacked care, but because they lacked a starting point. Documents sat in drawers unlabelled; wishes went unspoken; family members were left uncertain when clarity would have made a real difference.
The name "heirwelleed" reflects that purpose — doing well by the people who come after us, through thoughtful preparation and open conversation. Everything at heirwelleed is oriented toward education and organisation: how to find your documents, how to label and store them, and how to have the kind of family discussions that bring peace of mind rather than confusion.
From its base at 165 Wireless Road in Lumphini, heirwelleed has developed three workshop formats suited to different family needs — from a focused records inventory session to a yearlong archive membership with ongoing resources. All sessions are conducted in English, making them accessible to Bangkok's broad international resident population as well as Thai families comfortable in English.
What heirwelleed does not do is equally important to us: we do not offer legal advice, financial planning, tax guidance, or any form of regulated professional service. We are educators and facilitators, and we believe that role — when done with care and rigour — has real value for families navigating these topics for the first time.

Siriporn brings over twelve years of experience in adult education and document management. She designs all workshop curricula and ensures every session meets our strict non-advisory standard.
James Morley
James coordinates session logistics, membership resources, and participant communications. He has a background in archival studies and community education programmes across Southeast Asia.
Natthida Kruathai
Natthida researches and develops the templates, checklists, and educational materials that participants take home from every session. She holds a background in instructional design.

All content is general educational material. No individual guidance, no legal interpretation, no financial recommendations — ever. This boundary is reviewed in every session.
Participant Privacy
We do not ask participants to share personal financial or legal details during workshops. All session environments are structured to maintain confidentiality among group members.
Curriculum Review Process
Workshop materials are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain accurate, relevant, and consistent with our educational-only scope. We update templates and guides at least twice yearly.
Small Group Commitment
We deliberately limit session sizes so participants receive proper attention to the materials and can ask questions in a comfortable, unhurried environment.
Clear Documentation
Every workshop includes written materials that participants keep. These are designed to be used independently, not dependent on memory or a follow-up call with us.
Respectful Facilitation
Our facilitators are trained to guide, not direct. Participants are always reminded that their own qualified advisors are the appropriate source for personal decisions.
