Three Ways to Organise, Understand, and Communicate
Each heirwelleed workshop format serves a distinct purpose — from a focused document-organisation session to a yearlong membership. All are educational only; none involve individual advice.
← Back to HomeHow heirwelleed Workshops Are Structured
Each workshop format at heirwelleed follows the same underlying principle: provide a structured, educational environment in which families can move through a topic at their own pace, with clear materials and facilitated support.
Sessions begin with an orientation to the topic and the scope — including an explicit statement of what the session does and does not cover. This helps participants engage with appropriate expectations and ensures nothing discussed crosses into regulated professional territory.
All sessions include written materials — templates, guides, or checklists — that participants keep after the session ends. These are designed for independent use at home, not dependent on follow-up contact with heirwelleed.

Records Inventory Workshop
A group workshop on how families can thoughtfully inventory and label important documents and keepsakes for clarity. The session is strictly educational and organisational — no individual guidance is offered. Participants leave with a completed or in-progress inventory template and the knowledge of how to continue independently.
- Inventory template and worksheet included
- Document labelling and categorisation methods
- Guidance on storage and accessibility
- Group learning format — 6 to 12 participants
Family Conversation Workshop
A facilitated session offering structures to help families discuss wishes and intentions kindly and openly. The workshop is centred entirely on communication — not on legal or financial decisions. Facilitators provide frameworks and prompts; they do not interpret individual situations or offer guidance outside the educational scope.
- Conversation guides and family discussion prompts
- Facilitated small-group structure
- Respectful, non-directive facilitation approach
- Suitable for families at any stage of preparation
Archive Membership
A yearlong membership providing access to a curated resource library, planning checklists and templates, and general-topic community sessions. This is a supportive space for ongoing learning — no advice is given at any point. Members receive recordings of sessions and access to downloadable resources throughout the year.
- Full resource library access for 12 months
- Quarterly community sessions (in-person and remote)
- Session recordings and downloadable resources
- Checklists and template library updates

What Every heirwelleed Session Upholds
Non-Advisory at All Times
No individual legal, financial, or tax guidance is offered in any session or material. This is upheld without exception across all workshop formats.
Participant Privacy
Session formats are designed to avoid requiring participants to share sensitive personal information. Facilitators do not collect or retain personal financial or legal details.
Reviewed Curriculum
All workshop materials are reviewed at least twice yearly for accuracy, relevance, and consistency with heirwelleed's educational-only scope.
Small Group Sizes
Session caps of 6 to 12 participants ensure a calm, considered environment where questions are welcome and the pace suits the group.
Written Materials in Every Session
All participants receive written materials designed for independent use at home. Sessions do not end with "contact us to continue."
