How three families moved from uncertainty to clarity using heirwelleed sessions.
A British couple in Bangkok had one folder containing all their documents — property records, insurance papers, wills, bank statements — mixed together with no labelling or logic. Neither partner knew exactly what they had or where key documents were filed.
They attended the Records Inventory Workshop together. Using the provided template, they categorised their existing documents during the session and identified several items they had lost track of entirely. The worksheet gave them a structure to continue at home.
Within three weeks they had a fully labelled archive with a summary sheet listing each category and its location. Both partners could locate any document independently within minutes.
